About me

I'm Vivian Tapiolas
Nurse practitioner specialising in weight loss
With nearly a decade of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and a rich background in emergency, midwifery, and intensive care, I’ve dedicated my career to delivering compassionate, expert care across some of Australia’s most remote and demanding environments.
I began my journey in intensive care, later pursuing midwifery so I could serve with the Royal Flying Doctor Service—an experience that took me to the Kimberley region, where I provided care to some of the most isolated communities in the country. After returning to Queensland, I continued my work in emergency departments, eventually becoming a Nurse Practitioner to expand the ways I could help people across all stages of life.
Today, I balance my clinical work in retrieval services with Kedron and ongoing outreach with the homeless—roles that remain incredibly meaningful to me.
But my journey has also been personal. Having struggled with my own weight over the years, I’ve developed a strong passion for helping others navigate their own weight loss challenges. Over the past few years, I’ve supported many people on their path toward better health, witnessing firsthand how transformative—and empowering—those changes can be.
That’s why I’ve founded this business: to offer holistic, person-centred care focused on weight loss, women’s health, and men’s health. I’m especially passionate about supporting men in seeking the health care they often delay, whether that’s regular checks, hormone health, or preventative health

My goal is simple
To help people feel better, live longer, and take control of their health in a way that’s achievable, respectful, and lasting.
